Bajra Bathua poori
Very tasty and healthy savoury.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put wheat flour,bajra flour, makai flour,chilli pdr,coriander pdr,green chilli,sesame seeds and ajwain in a big bowl.
* Step 2
Knead it well with curd and water.
* Step 5
Divide the dough into small balls.Roll them and make pooris.
* Step 6
Fry them and serve hot with green chutney.
