Radish greens

We discard leaves of radish but that is very healthy to eat.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1/2 tsp

Jeera

1/2 tsp

Turmeric pdr

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash radish and its leaves thoroughly. Cut leaves of radish and grind it in a mixer.

* Step 2

Cut radish into small pieces. Cut potato also.

* Step 3

Take oil in a wok add jeera,turmeric,chilli pdr and dhania pdr.Now add cut potato and radish cubes.Add salt and chilli. Cook them partially.

* Step 4

Now is the time to add coarsely ground radish leaves.

* Step 5

Cook on slow flame. After 10min check the vegetable add some amchur pdr and garam masala.

* Step 6

It is ready to eat with parathas.
