Moong Dal Halwa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak moong dal for overnight. Take out water in the morning.Grind it coarse in texture.
* Step 2
Take ghee in a non stick pan and add dal.Start frying on medium heat.
* Step 3
On other side boil milk,water and sugar together. After 15 mts When dal is half fried add milk into it.
* Step 4
Continue frying till whole milk is absorbed.
* Step 5
Continue frying halwa.When it becomes smooth and ghee starts oozing out,switch off the gas.
* Step 6
Add elaichi pdr and small pieces of cashews and almonds.
* Step 7
Hot halwa is ready to serve.
