Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sabse pahle maida,baking powder mix karte hai.fir ghee mix karenge fir dahi vi add karke mix karte hai.

* Step 2

Fir thorda thorda pani dalte huye soft dough ready karenge.magar jyada knead nahi karni hai. Fir dhak kar 25 minutes rakhenge.

* Step 3

Ab sugar me 1 glass pani dalke ubalbe rakhenge.medium flame me 10 minutes ubalne ke bad chasni ready hojati hai.tab cardamom piske daldenge.Fir lemon ki juice nikalke dalenge.

* Step 4

25 minutes bad dough ko hatho se roti ki tarah failate hai fir ek kinare se roll karenge.

* Step 5

Ab rolled dough ko apni hisabse small small pcs cut karenge.

* Step 6

Ab pcs ko halki tarah se gol gol karenge fir centre me dabate hai.

* Step 7

Ab oil ko garam karenge magar jyada garam nahi.Fir ready kigai dough ko oil me dalenge.

* Step 8

Jab dough oil ke uper tairne lage tab side change karni hai.pura 15 minutes me balushahi pak kar ready hojayegi.

* Step 9

Fir oil se nikalke direct chasni me dalni hai.5 minutes chasni me hi rakhenge.Fir nikalke plate me thandi hone rakhenge.

* Step 10

Jab thandi ho jayegi to ready hai balushahi.isko 3 weeks tak aram se khaya ja sakta hai.
