Mayo chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Stir mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl. Place the chicken pieces in a 9"x13" baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray). Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and top with parmesan cheese.
* Step 3
Bake until juices are clear, the chicken is no longer pink in the middle, and internal temperature is 160°, about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
* Step 4
I prefer dark meat so I use thighs and a couple legs.
