Copy cat honey baked ham glaze
Introduce
Ingredient
1 cup
granulated sugar
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp
ground clove
1/8 tsp
paprika
Pinch
ginger
Pinch
all spice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix ingredients together in a small bowl
* Step 2
Lay out a couple of pieces of wax paper onto the counter top.
* Step 3
Poor the mixture into the wax paper. Spread evenly
* Step 4
Take the ham and roll it into the mixture (not the flat side).
* Step 5
Turn ham into the flat side on a plate.
* Step 6
Using a blow torn with a medium flame, wave the torch over the sugar using rapid movements so the sugar bubbles and browns but doesn’t burn
* Step 7
Repeat process until the ham has been well glazed
* Step 8
Don’t expect to use all the sugar mixture.
