Normally they are cooked on a Bbq but I Just fried them in a pan. Not authentic but still lovely
Ingredient

5 to 6 servings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook garlic into oil for a few minutes do not burn them. Cool
* Step 2
Mix minces,garlic, salt, pepper,parsley and paprika.
Solden the bicarb into the water and add to mixture
* Step 3
Put covered in the fridge for at least 1 hour
* Step 4
Make cilinder formed shapes 8cm long and 2.5 cm thick. About 60 gr per portion
* Step 5
Grill the cevapci until cooked.
Rest a bit before serving
