An abondance of over ripe bananas. Got this recipy from a friend

Cooking instructions

Combine all dry ingredients
* Step 2
Combine all wet ingredients and blend or mix
* Step 4
Put 10 papercups into mould. Put in wet dough. Garnish with half a nut
* Step 5
Bake for about 17-20 min in a 180° C fan oven
