Nut bread

I am into bread this week. I am meeting a friend this evening and instead of a bunch of flowers . I gonna give here this bread and some homemade jam.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 loaf

2 tb

Honey

175 gr

Bread flour

1 tb

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the nuts corse. Roast in a non stick pan

* Step 2

Loosen the yeast in 2 tb water

* Step 3

Put the yeast into the flour. Add honey and water until you have the right consistance. Put in the salt. Knead for about 5 min.

* Step 4

Put in the soft butter and knead it trough.

* Step 5

Add the nuts and knead for abother 10 min. Cover. Let it prove for about 1 h. It must double in volume.

* Step 6

Knead again for a few minutes. Form a ball. Let prove for another hour.

Preheat oven 220°C

* Step 8

Cut the bread on the top Uth a sharp knife. Bake for 15 min. Lopen the temp to 190 °C and bake for another 20- 25 min.
