Whole Grain French Toast With Toasted Sweet Coconut And Dried Blueberries
I created this recipe for my teenagers to kick up regular French toast
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Soak bread briefly in egg mixture
* Step 3
Heat nonstick pan on medium heat and melt butter
* Step 4
Place bread in skillet and brown both sides about 2m per side
* Step 5
Press coconut into cooked toast and brown both sides again
* Step 6
Place on plate and add warmed maple syrup
* Step 7
Sprinkle with dried blueberries
* Step 8
Garnish with powdered sugar
