Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl , mix the whole grains with cinnamon and coconut oil and stuff the hollowed Apple.

* Step 2

Wrap in aluminium and place in the oven preheated at 180 and set the timer for 15 mins

* Step 3

Add fresh cranberries, blueberries, honey and dried lemon grass for garnish. Whipped cream is optional.
