Tornado Omelet Rice

Tornado Omelet Rice

Simple but tasty dish! Very flexible recipe too! Feel free to change the rice to leftover fried rice, or even veggies.

Ingredient

2 tbsp

milk

1 tbsp

butter

1/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

On a small sauce pot, add tomato pasta sauce and water. Cook on low/medium heat to boil. Stir occasionally.

* Step 2

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl. Add milk, then mix well.

Add butter on a separate pan. When butter is melt, add eggs and evenly spread out through the pan. When the edges start to solidify, use chopsticks to pull the top and bottom towards the center. Slowly swirl the pan to let the rest of liquid eggs flow to the empty spots. Remove the pan off heat when the bottom is cooked, but the top is still a little runny.

* Step 4

Add rice to a plate with a spoon. Press it together to a firm rice ball.

Pour the tornado omelet on top of the rice. Add sauce around the rice. (Optional) sprinkle some black pepper or parsley on top.

Delicious tornado omelet rice ready to serve!
