“Unmarinated” LA Galbi
When you love galbi but not feeling the traditional soy-sauce based marinade. The taste of the beef will shine with this subtle sweet and salty marinade
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sprinkle brown sugar on both sides
* Step 2
Sprinkle half the amount of salt from that of brown sugar
* Step 3
Add grated garlic and chopped green onions
* Step 4
Lather with a light coating of sesame oil
* Step 5
Marinate for at least an hour or overnight. Grill and enjoy!
