Jalepeno cheddar quick bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
* Step 2
In large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
* Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream or yogurt, depending on what you use, milk and egg.
* Step 4
Whisk melted butter into the yogurt, or sour cream mixture.
* Step 5
Add the yogurt or sour cream mixture to the flour mix, and gently combine.
* Step 6
Stir in in the shredded cheese and minced jalapeno. (I used pickled jalapenos a handful).
* Step 7
Line a a 9 x 5 baking tin with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the bread comes out clean.
