Salt-Free Fridge Pickles

These are so easy. We eat them right away, but theyre better after weeks in the fridge.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice everything thin.

* Step 2

Add all ingredients to a tight closing Tupperware or mason jar.

* Step 3

Pour vinegar to top.

* Step 4

Close tightly. Put in fridge. Refill with fresh ingredients as needed.

* Step 5

I make this so many different ways. I'll add cabbage, honey, carrots, red pepper flakes, variety of herbs etc...*
