Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the chicken into the size you like.
Add all the seasonings to a large bowl.
(ginger + garlic + soy sauce + sake + chicken soup powder)
Mix well and put in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
After 30 minutes you can drain the excess water.
* Step 2
Add 5 tablespoons of potato starch and 5 tablespoons of flour and mix well.
