Leftover Swedish Meatball Bake

Great way to use up any leftover Swedish meatballs that you have !!!!

Ingredient

1 package (12 ounce)

extra wide egg noodles

4 tablespoons

margarine OR butter

1/8 teaspoon

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil your egg noodles and drain well (don’t forget to salt your water!)..... Return cooked noodles to pot........

* Step 2

On low heat add into the cooked egg noodles your margarine or butter, black pepper and sliced onions, sauté for several minutes.......

* Step 3

Place egg noodles into a large baking pan that has been coated with olive oil cooking spray......

* Step 4

Mix into egg noodles your leftover Swedish meatball sauce and meatballs, stir gently.......

* Step 5

Add your sliced Swiss cheese on top........

Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.......
