Quick Hot Sausage Puffs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove sausages from casing and sauté in a skillet until browned, breaking up large pieces into smaller chunks.....
* Step 2
Add in your chopped onion, green pepper, minced garlic and black pepper, sauté until veggies are tender, then remove skillet from heat.......
* Step 3
In a large bowl combine Bisquick mix, milk and shredded cheddar cheese, then add sausage mixture and stir well.......
* Step 4
Spoon mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet.......you can make them as big or as small as you like.......
* Step 5
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.......Let cool for several minutes before removing from baking sheet.....if you make them small periodically check them to make sure they don’t get burned in your oven !! 😱😟
* Step 6
Serve with a side of marinara sauce, or eat them plain, and enjoy 😉!
