Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First mix both daals and rinse well in warm water.rest it for 10 minutes.now put 1 tbsp around oil,salt and turmeric
* Step 2
Put it in pressure cooker and wait for 3 whistle and just turn off.for otherside prepare tadka
* Step 3
Roast cumin and mustard seeds in some oil in a small pan and add garlic,chilli,ginger and onion.saute at high flame until golden
* Step 4
Add tomatoes and mix well until tomatoes get softened.add tadka in daal with boiled spinach and enjoy yumm nutritional and full of flavors daal.
