* Step 1
Soak beans for whole night or atleast 2 hours after rinsing in hot water.add curry leaves
* Step 2
For masala of chhole÷first take approximately 5 tbsp oil and roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+green chilli.make them brown
* Step 3
Now add sliced onion and cook it to make golden.now add all the spices together and cook at medium flame.cook for 7 to 8 minutes
* Step 4
Now add tomatoes and cook by covering at low medium flame.cook until tomatoes get softened and totally mix with all
* Step 5
Boil otherside beans.lets strain all the water and keep for after use.now boil 2 glass around water and add chaipatti.add this water to beans and boil them.after 5 to 6 whistle it will ready
* Step 6
Mix masala ready in boiled beans Nd cook by covering to mix all well.sprinkle some ginger sliced and serve with poori.
* Step 7
