Ingredient

red chilli powder

turmeric

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 tablespoon

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

chaat masala

1 teaspoon

garam masala

2 tablespoon

ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon

sugar

1 teaspoon

lemon juice

4 tablespoons

soy sauce

4 tablespoons

ketchup sauce

1 cup

hung curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients of marination and add cauliflower then mix well and coat well.rest it for 1 hour almost

* Step 2

Now deep fry it at medium flame

* Step 3

Gravy=roast in some butter garlic and ginger and onion

* Step 4

Make brown then add tomato paste and all the spices together

* Step 5

Now stir at low flame and cover the utensil and cook it for 15 minutes

* Step 6

Now add fried cauliflower florets and do not cook now just mix in tadka mixture

* Step 7

Serve and garnish with spring onions

* Step 8
