* Step 1
Iris tahu, lalu goreng hingga lapisan kulit tahu kokoh dan berwarna kecoklatan.
* Step 2
Iris serong daun bawang. Tumis baput, jahe dan daun bawang hingga wangi.
* Step 3
Masukan wortel lalu tambahkan air. Campurkan larutan maizena, kaldu bubuk, saus tiram, minyak wijen dan gula.
* Step 4
Tambahkan tofu yang sudah di goreng dan brokoli lalu aduk rata. Koreksi rasa Angkat lalu sajikan.
