Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cuci bersih gurita, lalu masak dengan air mendidih selama 20 menit (sampai gurita empuk ketika ditest tusuk). Angkat lalu tiriskan

Panaskan minyak sayur kemudian tumis bamer, baput, bawang bombay dan jahe hingga harum.

* Step 3

Tambahkan minyak wijen, saus tiram, kecap mirin, lada hitam, gula, garam, bon cabai dan saus hot lava, kemudian masukkan gurita aduk rata hingga matang lalu tambahkan paprika dan daun bawang.

Koreksi rasa, angkat lalu sajikan pada piring saji
