Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Kupas pisang lalu potong memanjang menjadi 2 bagian

Campurkan terigu, maizena, vanili, garam, telur, lalu tambakan air seperti membuat adonan pisang goreng.

* Step 3

Lumuri pisang dengan terigu lalu goreng dengan minyak panas sampai kuning keemasan, jika sudah kering angkat lalu tiriskan.

* Step 4

Gulingkan pisang ke dalam wadah yang telah berisi palm sugar sampai semua permukaan rata terlapisi palm sugar. Susun dan letakan diatas piring saji beri topping seres, keju, dan susu coklat SKM secara berurutan. Pisang lumpur siap dinikmati
