Banana-less bread!

Banana-less bread!

WELL...... This was a mistake! I made banana bread one day and forgot to add the mashed bananas! My hubby loved it, and so did the kids! So here is the recipe!

Ingredient

1 1/2 Tablespoon

vanilla

1 tsp

cinnamon

1/2 tsp

nutmeg

1/8 tsp

cloves

1/2 tsp

salt

4 cups

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 350° Prepare pans - I use a loaf and a 9 x 13 and I line with parchment paper.

* Step 2

Cream sugars (2c white, 1c brown) with butter

* Step 3

Add 4 eggs, 1½T vanilla, 2T & 2tsp milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg, ⅛ tsp clove, ½ tsp salt and mix 1 minute.

* Step 4

Slowly add in 2 tsp baking soda, 4 cups flour until combined

* Step 5

Add in chocolate chips!

* Step 6

Bake at 350° Muffins - 20 min 9 x 13 - 30 min Loaf - 45 min

* Step 7

Cool 20 min on wire rack then remove from pan and continue to cool 20 - 40 additional minutes!
