EASY Loaded potato soup 🥣 🧀 🥓

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put your potatoes,broth, onion and all spices in slow cooker on high. After about 3 hours see if potatoes are fork tender and remove about have of the potatoes and set aside for later.

* Step 2

Using a potato masher or whisk mash up what’s left in the slow cooker and stir in 1/2 cup of your bacon drippings, sour cream and 2 cups of the cheese.

* Step 3

Now add the potatoes that you removed and set aside back into the slow cooker and let simmer 30 minutes on low in slow cooker.

* Step 4

Serve with fresh chopped diced bacon, green onion, sour cream or shredded cheese.
