Easter 🐣 Boneless Leg of Lamb 🐑
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse, trim fat and pat dry your boneless leg of lamb….
* Step 2
Place lamb in a large baking pan …..
* Step 3
Rub both sides of lamb with your olive oil, black pepper, oregano and minced garlic……
* Step 4
Cover baking pan with plastic wrap and place lamb in refrigerator to marinate for at least 24 hours or overnight……
* Step 5
Remove lamb from refrigerator and let sit out for about 30 minutes to take the chill out of it ……
* Step 6
Remove plastic wrap from lamb, place lamb with trimmed fat side up, and roast, uncovered,in a preheated 325 degree oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, basting occasionally…….
* Step 7
Let lamb rest for about 20 minutes, then carve into slices…..Serve and enjoy 😉!!!!!
