Brown Buttered Lima Beans
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the butter and slice the bacon. Fry bacon pieces in the butter allow to turn brown.
* Step 2
When bacon and butter are sizzling good add the lima beans. Then the water. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes. Half way cooking add salt continue to cook, but on low heat. When the liquids are no longer above the beans turn off heat.
* Step 3
Cover and allow to rest for 12 minutes. Serve after stirring and tasting. I hope you enjoy!!
