Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Get the ribs at room temperature.
* Step 2
Gather the spices. Mix them well. Add the white sugar mix it in very good. The brown sugar is a little moist. Add it last, make sure to break up any lumps. The brown sugar sticks to the dry ingredients and shouldn't clump up once the lumps are unclumped.
* Step 3
I put it in a gallon bag, it was just over half full.
* Step 5
Remove the silver skin membrane from the ribs.
* Step 6
Rub the rub on the ribs and allow to sit 10 minutes before grilling. The grill should be just about ready.
* Step 7
Put the ribs on the grill turn as needed till done. Wrap in aluminum foil.
* Step 8
