Banana Nut Bread

Banana Nut Bread

Low-carb. I couldn't find my loaf pan so I used my trusty cast iron skillet.

Ingredient

1-1/2 cups

almond flour

1 tablespoon

peanut butter

1/4 cup

sour cream

1 teaspoons

vanilla extract

1 teaspoons

baking soda

2/3 cup

honey

1/2 cup

walnuts

1/2 teaspoon

ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon

ground nutmeg

1/3 teaspoon

ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon

kosher salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

* Step 2

Mix the bread ingredients together. Mash the bananas well. Make sure everything is incorporated well.

* Step 3

Add the nuts and spices.

Add to a greased loaf pan and bake for forty minutes to an hour till its firm and done. Add butter pats on top.
