Egg Salad with some extras
A mixture of ingredients on hand. Just putting things to use.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the eggs into a pot add water just enough to cover them. Turn on the heat and get to boiling. Boil the eggs 10 minutes when it starts boiling.
* Step 2
Peel the Cucumber and remove the seeds.
* Step 3
Chop the olives after removing the pits.
* Step 5
Add salt and pepper to the Cucumber
* Step 6
Peel the onion and grate.
* Step 8
Add the dill weed, parsley, paprika, and garlic.
* Step 9
Add the bacon to a pan then turn on the heat you get a flat crispy bacon slices this way. Also you can get about 1/3 of a cup of drippings you can save later.
* Step 11
Move to a plate it will continue to crisp up.
* Step 12
Chop the bacon into bits.
* Step 14
Add mustard then the mayonnaise. Mix well.
* Step 15
Fry the pork butt. Season the pork.
* Step 16
When done move to a plate let it rest.
* Step 17
Chop the pork after it's rested 5 minutes.
* Step 19
Add mayonnaise and pickles to the bread.
* Step 21
