Beef hotdogs are cheaper than cornbeef brisket so I was in the mood for a ruben thus was born the rubendog.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1-2 servings

Cooking time :

15-20 minutes
6 ounces

hotdogs 3

1/2 cup

sauerkraut

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Split the hotdogs lengthwise but not all the way through. Fry on a skillet with the sauerkraut.

Toast the bread

* Step 3

When done move to a plate.

* Step 4

Add half the dressing to each slice.

* Step 5

Add the hotdogs to the bread

* Step 6

Now the sauerkraut. Then the cheese on top of the sauerkraut.

* Step 7

Add the top slice of bread. Cut the sandwich on a diagonal. Serve I hope you enjoy!
