It's messy but so good. This I dedicate to the citrus industry that is slow and sadly disappearing here in the state of Florida.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the hotdogs lengthwise but not all the way through. Fry on a pan.
* Step 2
Peel and slice the orange thinly
* Step 3
Cut the kosher pickle into spears. Add to the hoagie bun.
* Step 4
Add the hotdog to the bread
* Step 5
Stack the orange slices. Add the pickle on the sides.
* Step 6
Add the second hotdog, ketchup, and mustard.
* Step 7
Serve I hope you enjoy!!
