1 pound
sirloin tip steak thin
To taste
salt
To taste
ground black pepper
To taste
granulated garlic powder
As needed
flour
As needed
oil to fry in
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season each side of the steaks I used about a total of 1/2 teaspoon of each spice total
* Step 2
Get the oil hot
* Step 3
Flour each steak both sides. And fry.
* Step 4
Move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil.
* Step 5
