Rib and Rice

I love using leftovers and making something different I don't like wasting food.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
2 tablespoons

tomato paste

To taste

salt

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oil and add the ribs

* Step 2

Dice the onion and add to the ribs and salt. Cover and cook till the ribs are almost done about 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Trim the meat off the bone and gristle. Add back to the onions. Add rice and water. Break the rice up, mine was in lumps a bit. When it's all simmering add the tomato paste and garlic.

* Step 4

Taste and adjust the seasonings. Serve after its rested covered 10-15 minutes
