Swiss Chard
Swiss chard is grown in my garden. I was not very familiar with chard but we really liked this recipe. I saw a recipe for it without potatoes but I added my own twist to it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice the potatoes into small cubes and coat in oil season with salt and pepper then roast in oven
* Step 2
Trim the chard to remove the stems, finely chop the stems and set aside, roughly chop the leaves and set aside
* Step 3
Add oil to pot and sauté the chard stems, onions, carrots, until tender. Add cooked bacon crumbs.
* Step 4
Add chard leaves and garlic to pot. Sauté till tender, 2 minutes
* Step 5
Add cooked potatoes and season to taste
* Step 6
Add olives and egg slices when serving.
