Meatloaf Dry Spices

This is for about a two in a half pound meatloaf.

Ingredient

2/3 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

ground sage

1/2 teaspoon

ground black pepper

1 teaspoon

onion powder

1/2 teaspoon

celery salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gather the spices together.

Mix well put into an air tight container keeps as long as you normally keep spices. Also can be stored in a plastic ziploc bag and put into a freeze.

This particular spice mix doesn't have powdered garlic because in meatloaf I usually like minced garlic.
