Ingredient

3 tablespoon

shortening

8 tablespoon

butter

2 tablespoons

sugar

1/4 teaspoon

salt

6 tablespoon

ice cold water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the salt, flour, and sugar.

* Step 2

Add the butter cut into pats.

Cut into the flour mixture I used a fork to do this. Now the lard remember the lard and butter needs to be cold.
