Fried Apples

Its fall I really love apples. Coming from the South we love fried foods. Two loves teaming up. Yummy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1-2 servings
1/3 cup

flour

1/4 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons

honey

as needed

oil to fry in

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, core, and dice the apples. Season with salt and ground cinnamon.

* Step 2

Heat oil and coat the apples with the flour.

* Step 3

Fry in the oil in small batches. About 3 minutes per side if you want more color on them add a minute per side.

* Step 4

Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils

Add cinnamon sugar after each batch

* Step 6

Move to a bowl after the last batch is seasoned.

* Step 7

Add honey, serve I hope you enjoy!
