Bacon and vegetables
Basic, simple, easy, and delicious! A good all in one dish.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice and cut up the bacon.
* Step 2
Fry the bacon crisp set it aside.
* Step 3
Slice the brussel sprouts in half, chop the carrots and cauliflower into bite sized pieces, and slice the onion and fennel thinly.
* Step 4
In the pan with the bacon drippings add vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cover and cook 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
* Step 5
Stir fry till all vegetables are tender. Add ham and the bacon to pan with the vegetables in it. Cover let cook 3 minutes.
