Fried Chicken skins, again!
Have you ever boiled chicken with the skin on? Dont throw away that skin, fry it crispy and season it, delicious! you paid just as much for it as the rest of the chicken.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil and, fry the skins.
* Step 2
When the skins are crispy move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils. Season with salt, garlic, and paprika.
