Frankenstein Loaf

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add the carrots and cabbage and sauté till soft add the salt. Add pepper. Let cool.
* Step 3
Brown the sausage and onions in a pan. Let cool add tomato paste
* Step 4
In a bowl mix the parmesan cheese, baking powder, and eggs.
* Step 5
Mix the egg mixture with the sausage and onions, cabbage, and add olives.
* Step 6
Add half the mixture to the loaf pan or equivalent. Add half the cheddar cheese
* Step 7
Fill the pan up and top with the rest of the cheddar cheese
* Step 8
Bake in oven 45 minutes or till done. Let sit 15 minutes.
