Slow Roasted Apples Carrots and Pork

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Cut skin side of picnic ham.
* Step 3
Add apples, diced green tomatoes, carrots, and onions to a roaster, and season them. Add water
* Step 4
Add the ham on top with scored side up. Add seasonings on top with honey.
* Step 5
Slow roast in oven covered for 4 hours or till done. Serve I hope you enjoy!
