Roasted Rabbit with Roots
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Cut potatoes and carrots into bite sized pieces. Chop the onion. Cut the rabbit into 8 pieces
* Step 3
Put everything into a zip lock bag add butter, sandlewood, paprika, saffron infused oil, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Shake and coat.
* Step 4
Put into an oven safe dish roast for an hour. Last 20 minutes add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
* Step 5
Let sit 7 minutes serve. Hope you enjoy!
