Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

* Step 2

To the pork cushion add Herb De Provence, kosher salt, and Pepsi cola. Cover put into oven.

Let it roast 1 hour. Turn a quarter turn roast covered for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, keep covered let rest 10 minutes.
