Cauliflower salad

Low carb instead of potato salad substitute potatoes for cauliflower.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 large

eggs

1 medium

dill pickle

2/3 cup

mayonnaise

1/4 tsp

onion powder

1/3 cup

sour cream

1 small

shallot

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil your eggs. Microwave the cauliflower on high for 5 minutes. Or tender.

* Step 2

Grate the shallot. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a bowl set aside. Cube the dill pickle finely.

* Step 3

Mix the cauliflower, pickle, and olives. Chop the eggs up. Mix the salad ingredients together. Add dressing and mix. Add garnish on top.
