Bacon egg and sausage salad

dill weed

1 1/2 cup

smoked sausage

2 large

eggs

1 tsp

cilantro

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Microwave poach, boil, or poach the eggs

Fry the bacon crisp, then move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

Slice the sausage on a bias and fry in bacon drippings. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

Dice the eggs add some of the sausage. with the other sausage line a bowl.

Crumble most of the bacon add to eggs. Add mustards, and dill weed to the eggs and mix.

Add the salad to sausge lined bowl. Take the last piece of bacon brake into thirds add to top. Garnish with cilantro.
