Basmati rice with red beans

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

3 to 4 ripe plum tomatoes (about 1 pound), cored and cut into chunks. 1 large red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into large chunks

* Step 6

7-10 sweet peppers

* Step 7

Put all the sofrito ingredients into a blender blend into chunky puree
