Cooking instructions
* Step 1
add all your spices in water with achiotina add chicken and boil
* Step 2
peel carrots cut on bias put into broth
* Step 3
when it come back to a boil add pasta
* Step 4
cook for 10 minutes on a boil
* Step 5
mix olive oil and flour pour half into broth bring to boil stirring constantly it will thicken add more for thicker consistency let boil stirring constantly so flour will cook as it thickens taste adjust seasoning if needed
