Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil to fry gizzards season the gizzards mix cornstarch and flour together season the flour cornstarch as you like season gizzards put breading mixture in Ziploc bag add gizzards close bag shake till gizzards are coated cook the gizzards till done
* Step 2
Mix hotsauce and butter after the gizzards are done get a bowl with a lid add gizzards pour hotsauce butter mixture close lid and shake till well coated let sit just a bit then enjoy
* Step 3
Serve with dipping sauce or eat straight up eat with French fries mac and cheese or what you like to eat with wings
